FAQS

How long does the process take from consultation to installation?

Most projects are completed within approximately two weeks; however, timelines can vary depending on the scope of the project and the client's selections and approvals. Our priority is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied throughout the process and with the final result.

Before fabrication begins, we carefully review the layout and design with our clients, providing a visual representation of how the stone will be cut and installed. This collaborative approach allows clients to see how their countertops will appear in their space and ensures that important features such as veining, movement, and overall aesthetics align with their vision.

By involving our clients in key decisions throughout the process, we are able to deliver a finished product that meets their expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

What does Maintenance look like for each Stone?

All natural stone surfaces require some level of ongoing maintenance. Stone sealers are readily available at most home improvement stores, and we can also recommend trusted suppliers if needed. We recommend resealing your countertops approximately once a year to help maintain their appearance and performance.

Engineered or manufactured stone surfaces are typically pre-sealed during production and generally do not require annual resealing.

Please note that materials such as marble and dolomite are more delicate and porous than other natural stones. As a result, they may require more frequent sealing and extra care in everyday use to help preserve their finish and durability.

Do you have samples of natural stone?

We carry samples of more affordable, staple granite colors that typically have minimal variation in pattern and appearance. These materials are generally consistent, allowing samples to closely represent the full slabs.

For more exotic materials, samples may be available through our distributors; however, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the full slabs selected in person, as natural variations are inherent to these materials. Exotic granites and quartzites, in particular, are known for their unique and variable movement, meaning each slab will differ in color, pattern, and veining.
